Ho trovato una cartolina postale riportante sul retro questa tariffazione .
Qualcuno riesce ad aiutarmi spiegandomi di cosa si tratta ?
La cartolina è forse stata ristampata per adeguamento tariffa ?
Si riesce a stabilirne anche il periodo tariffario ?

The revaluation took place in 1906. Michel Ganzsachen has the numbers P 71 to P 78 (depending on the "Urkarte").
From the Introduction of the "Reichsmark" in Bayern in 1876 the postage for a "Cartolina Postale" was 5 Pfg and of 3 Pfg if within "Citta".
On 1.Apr. 1900 the "Citta" postage was reduced to 2 Pfg (at that date the local, private carriers were "confiscated" - this reduction was a try to calm don the customers)
On 1. August 1906 the tariff "per citta" was cancelled. (you need the full 5 Pfg now ...). The Tariff "per Citta" was introduced again at 1.Oct.1918 (with 7½ Pfg) when the postage for a "Cartolina Postale" was increased to 10 Pfg.
This Dates/Tarrifs are the Dates/Tariffs for BAVARIA.
Different Dates/Tariffs in Württemberg - they never lost the "per Citta" Tariff - where it was a "Per Oberamt" (Oberamt is a small regional "unit" not know in the other regions of Germany.
And also in the other part of the German Reich (main difference: the "lost" of "Cartolina per Citta" was on 1. July 1906, one month earlier than in Bavaria ...)
As I always say: Bavaria is not Germany. Neither in food, beer nor postal rules ...
