excuse me for late in aswering.
Your stamps appear to be:
1) So called "non emesso" Sassone n. 11, My catalogue (Cardillo-Vaccari, Proofs, Essays and Reprints of the II and III Sardinia Kingdom Issues") n. P43, position n. 6 of the sheet, inverted.
2) So called "non emesso" type, pos. 38 of the sheet; this second stamp may be an essay; I need to look the back of both stamps for a better opinion.
Best regards.

for understand my words about your stamps you need informations that you have not.
I've platted your stamps too, so I'm sure in my honest opinion of them.
The gum of the first stamp confirm that it is a "non emesso". The second one is not gummed or with white gum?
Best regards.

So, I confirm my honest opinion, the second stamp seems to be an essay of the second composition of third Sardinia Kingdom Issue, catalogued on my book at n. S11 (not catalogued in any other book at the moment).
Best regards.
