Nossa Senhora do Monte is a village on the the smallest island of Cape Verde: Brava. The lowest postmark reads N. Sintra (Novo Sintra) the 'capital village' of Brava. The other two postmark are both from Praia: the capital of Cape Verde. Cancelled in Amsterdam on the 9th of July this year the cover reached Praia on 22 July, was forwarded to N. Sintra and arrived there on the 23th of July. Returned to Praia and postmarked there on the 12th of August and reached my house again on the 11th of September. So, a heavily postmarked cover as it used to be 30 years ago.
