the first could be a MiNr 4 - or a "Probedruck" (Saggio) - then it should have thicker paper - and the cancel is a fake.
the second is a "cut out" (ritaglio) from a postal stationery envelope

perché molti falsificatori sono ignoranti. fortunatamente di solito ci sono solo numerali falsi.
